Yapay Zekâ ile Görsel Üretimde Anadolu Motifleri: Çevrimiçi ve Yerel Modellerin Karşılaştırılması

Bu araştırmanın amacı, Anadolu motiflerinden oluşturulan 20 görsellik bir veri setiyle Stable Diffusion 1.5 üzerinde eğitilen yerel bir LoRA modelinin ve çevrimiçi görsel üretken yapay zekâ araçlarının aynı metinsel istemlere verdiği görselleri karşılaştırarak Anadolu motiflerinin bu görsellerde nasıl yansıtıldığını ortaya koymaktır. Araştırmada karşılaştırmalı görsel analiz yöntemi kullanılmıştır. LoRA modeli, DeepBooru ile etiketlenen görseller üzerinde DreamBooth yöntemiyle eğitilmiş ve ComfyUI tabanlı yerel iş akışında farklı checkpoint’ler ve ek LoRA’larla birlikte çalıştırılmıştır. Sekiz istemle yerel iş akışında 120, sekiz çevrimiçi araçla 120 olmak üzere toplam 240 görsel üretilmiş; bunlar arasından seçilen sekiz görsel, giysi tasarımı, figürlü kompozisyon, seramik ve anime üslubu konulu dört çift hâlinde motif doğruluğu, biçimsel tutarlılık ve kültürel kimlik temsili açısından incelenmiştir. İncelenen yerel örneklerde motiflerin geometrik yapısı ve yüzeydeki tekrarları daha belirgin biçimde yansıtılmış, buna karşılık bazı çevrimiçi örnekler istemdeki teknik, nesne ve arka plan öğelerini daha yakından karşılamıştır. Seramik örneğinde yerel görselde Kütahya seramiği motiflerine doğrudan bir yakınlık gözlemlenmemiştir. Bulgular seçilmiş örneklere ve yerel iş akışının bütününe dayanmakla birlikte, Anadolu motiflerinden oluşturulan yerel veri setlerinin geliştirilmesinin ve eğitilen modellerin yeni medya üretiminde kullanılmasının önemine işaret etmektedir.

Abstract

This study aims to compare the images produced by a local LoRA model, trained on Stable Diffusion 1.5 with a dataset of twenty images containing Anatolian motifs, and by online visual generative artificial intelligence tools in response to the same textual prompts, and thereby to show how Anatolian motifs are reflected in these images. A comparative visual analysis method was used. The LoRA model was trained with the DreamBooth method on images tagged with DeepBooru and was run in a ComfyUI-based local workflow together with different checkpoints and additional LoRAs. Eight prompts yielded 120 images in the local workflow and 120 images with eight online tools, 240 in total; eight selected images were examined as four pairs on clothing design, figurative composition, ceramics, and anime style in terms of motif accuracy, formal consistency, and representation of cultural identity. In the local examples examined, the geometric structure and surface repetition of the motifs were reflected more distinctly, whereas some online examples met the technique, object, and background elements of the prompts more closely. In the ceramic example, the local image showed no direct resemblance to Kütahya ceramic motifs. Although the findings rest on selected examples and on the local workflow as a whole, they point to the importance of developing local datasets of Anatolian motifs and of using trained models in new media production.
