Köy Enstitülerinde Müzik ve Sanat Eğitimi
Köy Enstitüleri, ilkokul öğretmeni yetiştirmek üzere 17 Nisan 1940 tarihli ve 3803 sayılı yasa ile açılmış okullardır. Tamamen Türkiye'ye özgü olan bu eğitim projesini 28 Aralık 1938 tarihinde milli eğitim bakanı olan Hasan Âli Yücel bizzat yönettiği okullardır. Köy Enstitüleri, Kurtuluş Savaşı’nın yaralarının henüz tam olarak sarılamadığı ve II. Dünya Savaşı’nın tüm ağırlığı ile hissedildiği dönemde; ilköğretimi yurt sathına yaymak köyleri modern, çağdaş bir yaşama kavuşturmak amacıyla açılan eğitim-öğretim kurumlarıdır. Bu kurumlar aynı zamanda özgün mimarlık kimliklerine de sahiptirler. Bu makalenin amacı, Köy Enstitülerinin Erken Cumhuriyet Dönemi’ndeki müzik eğitimi ve sanat alanındaki gelişmelere nasıl bir etkisi oldu sorusuna yanıt aramaktırBu kurumlar aynı zamanda özgün mimarlık kimliklerine de sahiptirler. Verilerin toplanmasında betimsel analiz inceleme ve kaynak tarama yöntemlerinden yararlanmıştır.

Abstract
Village Institutes are the schools opened by Law No. 3803 dated 17 April 1940 to train primary school teachers. Hasan Âli Yücel, who is the Minister of National Education on December 28, 1938, directed this educational project which is completely unique to Turkey. The Village Institutes have not yet fully embraced the wounds of the War of Independence, During the period when World War I was felt with all its weight; Is the educational-education institutions that are opened to spread the primary education over the country and to bring the villagers to a modern, contemporary life. These institutions also have unique architectural identities. The aim of this article is to seek answers to the question of how the Village Institutes have influenced the development of music education and art in the Early Republican era.
