İşlevleri Bağlamında Mutfak Eşyaları
Toplumun ihtiyaçları bağlamında sözlü ya da maddi folklor ürünlerinin fonksiyonlarını inceleyen işlev teorisi ile ilgili bilgilerin verileceği bu çalışmada, ayrıca, eski devirlerden bu yana çeşitli değişimler gösteren Türk mutfak kültürüne ve kullanılan eşyalara değinilecektir. Bu doğrultuda söz konusu mutfak araç-gereçlerinin fonksiyonları tespit edilip değerlendirilecektir.

Abstract
About the context of society's needs, in this study that gives the acknowledges about functions verbal or not verbal folkloric materials, however, the Turkish kitchen culture which comes from old ages as changing and also the material using in it. At the end of the study, these kitceh's materials will be analysed to its functions.
