Çağdaş Seramik Sanatında Politik İmge Kullanımı

Sanat, tarih boyunca toplumların sosyal, ekonomik, kültürel, politik yapılarından beslenmiş, bu yapıların değişimleri doğrultusunda dönüşümlere uğrayarak yeni anlatım dilleri oluşturmuştur. Bu sosyo-politik değişim sürecine birebir tanıklık eden sanatçılar dönemin siyasal ve toplumsal durumunu sanat eserlerine yansıtırken, verdikleri toplumsal mesajlarla sanatı evrensel boyuta taşımışlardır. Sanat eserleri, fikirler, ideolojiler ve toplumsal olaylardan beslenerek tarihsel bir geçmiş oluşturmuşlardır. Sanatçıların eserlerinde kullandıkları politik imgelerle verdikleri mesajlar toplumdaki her bir bireyi etkileyerek, izleyicilerin zihinlerinde farklı algı ve imgelerin oluşumunu sağlamıştır. Kültürel-ekonomik ve siyasi değişimlerin sanat yapıtları üzerinde önemli rol oynadığı günümüz sanatında politik imgelerin yüklendiği çoklu anlamlar sanatçılara farklı anlatım dilleri sunma olanakları sağlamıştır. Sanat-politik imge birlikteliğinin eskilere dayanan tarihi konuyu çok geniş bir platforma yaymaktadır, bu sebeple araştırma sadece çağdaş seramik sanatına indirgenmiştir. Böylece konunun daha ayrıntılı bir şekilde irdelenmesi hedeflenmiştir. Bu çalışmada çağdaş seramik sanatı ile politik imgeler arasındaki ilişki güncel bir zemin üzerinde analiz edilmiş ve değerlendirilmiştir. Kullanılan imgelerin çoklu anlamları üzerinde durulmuş, politik imgelerin, çağdaş seramik sanatına sadece plastik çözümlemelerin dışında kuramsal ve ideolojik birlikteliğine de değinilmiştir. Ayrıca politik konulardan beslenen sanatçıların, seramik sanatında nasıl bir yaratım sürecine girdikleri ve sanatsal olarak nasıl bir tavır sergiledikleri saptanmıştır.

Throughout history, art has been nourished from the social, economic, cultural and political structures of the societies and has been transformed into new language of expression through the transformations of these structures. While the artists who witnessed this process of socio-political change reflected the political and social situation of the period to the works of art, they brought the art to the universal dimension with the social messages they gave. Art works, ideologies, ideologies, and social events have contributed to a historical past. The messages that the artists give their political imagery in their works influence each individual in the society, enabling the formation of different perceptions and images in the minds of the audience. In today's art, where cultural-economic and political changes play an important role in art works, the multiple meanings in which political images are introduced provide the possibility of presenting different narratives to the artist. The historical landscape based on the coexistence of art and political image spreads a very broad platform, so research has been reduced to the art of contemporary ceramics only. Thus, it is aimed to examine this in more detail. In this study, the relationship between contemporary ceramic art and political imagery has been analyzed and evaluated on a current basis. The multiple meanings of used images are emphasized, political images, the theoretical and ideological unity of contemporary ceramic art besides plastic analysis only. In addition, it has been determined how artists who are fed from political subjects enter into the process of creation in art of ceramics and exhibit artistic attitudes.
