Yeşil Lojistik Uygulamaları: PTT Örneği

Günümüzde başta hükümetler olmak üzere kamu kurum ve kuruluşları, sivil toplum örgütleri, özel işletmeler ve tüketiciler dünya kaynaklarının tükenme noktasında olduğunu görmüş ve çevre sorunlarının yıkıcı boyutlarını göz ardı edemez hale gelmişlerdir. Özellikle bugünün ihtiyaçlarını karşılarken gelecek nesillere de yaşanabilir bir dünya bırakma arzusu içinde olmuşlardır. Bu kapsamda sürdürülebilir çevre olgusunu devam ettirebilmek için birçok ülke çevre sorunlarını çözmede yeni yaklaşımlar belirlemiş ve işbirliği yoluna gitmişlerdir. Böylece, yeşil hareket faaliyeti tüm birimlerde yaygınlaşmış ve çevreye en az zarar veren uygulamalar geliştirilmiştir. Bu çerçevede çalışmanın amacı da, yeşil lojistik uygulamalarının PTT’de (Posta ve Telgraf Teşkilatı) uygulanma düzeyini incelemektedir. Bu amaç doğrultu-sunda, literatürdeki kuramsal tartışmalar ve araştırma bulguları dikkate alınarak araştırmanın hipotezleri belirlenmiştir. Araştırma hipotezleri, İstanbul’un ilçeleri olan Sultanbeyli ve Sul-tangazi’de faaliyet gösteren PTT birimlerinde çalışan 58 kişiye yapılmış, anket yöntemi ile elde edilen veriler SPSS kullanılarak test edilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda birimlerde yeşil lojistik uygulamalarının çok fazla kullanılmadığı, çevresel olgulara yönelik tedbirlerin dikkate alınmadığı ve çevre kavramına çok da özen gösterilmediği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Today, especially public in stitutions and organizations, including governments, civil society organizations, have become private businesses and consumer shave seen that the world's resources at the point of exhaustion and can not ignore the devastating environmental problems. Particularly well it has been in the desire to leave alivable world for future generations while meeting the needs of today. It has identified new approachest ocooperation and have gone the way in solving environmental problems in many countries in order to maintain a sustain able environment concept in this context. Thus, the gren movement has spread in all units and activities that damage the environment the least developed applications.In this context, the purpose of the study, PTT gren logistics applications in (Post and Telegraph Organization) examines the implementation level. For this purpose, considering the hypothesis of the study theo-retical discussions and research findings in the literature are determined. Research hy-potheses, which Sultanbeyli district of Istanbul and operates Sultangazi made to emp-loyees 58 people at the post unit, the data obtained by survey method waste stedusing SPSS.As a result of the study, gren logistics applications are not used too much in the units, the environmenta lmeasures are not taken into consideration and the environment is not taken care of.
