This paper presents an examination of the relationships between space, time, movement and linguistics. The study tries to interpret from a general perspective how space is related to the human ability to measure distances, to determine place-direction relations and to understand locations. Language plays an important role in the expression of space and time. In different language families, different grammatical rules and structures are used to express spatial concepts. In this study, it analyses the semantic properties of certain ornaments and how they evolve. Semantic infrastructures complete the processes of grammaticalisation using processes such as antecedents, evolution, and stereotyping. The determination of the syntactic dependency relations of the phrases with other words in the sentence also gives us information about the administrative model of the language. In this respect, the phrases play an important role in both the semantic and syntactic structure of the sentence. This study is based on some observations made by the author during his field research in Siberia.
