The research aims to examine the relationship between employees' perceptions of innovation culture and corporate entrepreneurship. 103 individuals working at a metropolitan municipality and its affiliated corporate companies contributed to the research. IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0 package program was used in the analysis of the data distributed to the volunteer participants via web-based questionnaire and collected in the same way. As a result of the research, it has been determined that the innovation culture has a statistically meaningful effect on corporate entrepreneurship.
