In recent years with the development of technology and analytical tools, great steps have been taken for storing data, processing, and creating insights from it. Particularly, positive developments in terms of costs and benefits, increase the tendency of businesses to use data to achieve their strategic goals. With this perspective, The Human Resources Department can also implement decisions that will be beneficial for both the business and the employee through business data. This study, it is aimed to reveal the importance of Human Resources Analytics, as analytics has become so vital in decision processes in business. First of all, it is explained what Human Resources Analytics is and in which areas it is used. In the second part, information about data quality and analytical levels is given. In the next part of the study, it is explained which technologies and techniques are applied in Human Resources Analytics. Then, it is mentioned what competencies are required for the employees to work in analytics. As a result of the literature review, legal and ethical risk factors in Human Resources are included. At the end of the study, it was concluded that the development of Human Resources Analytics and decision-making from a data perspective become more important for businesses.
