The rapid change in environmental conditions has made learning a necessity for organizations. The continuous improvement in organizational structures enables the organization to respond effectively against the pressure of change created by environmental factors. At this point, the aim is to spread the self-development goal of human, which is the most basic building block of the organization, to the entire organization through a common vision and to become a "learning organization". The attainment of learning from the individual dimension to the organizational dimension is through the dissemination of the acquired knowledge to the organization through communication, openness and integration. Learning organizations are dynamic structures that are constantly changing and developing, in which the learning process becomes systematic and there is an organizational culture that allows the production of new knowledge through mutual interaction between people. With these features, they constitute the top step of the organizational development process. Today, ongoing learning is shown as one of the most important ways for organizations to gain competitive advantage. The advantageous position achieved in the market brings with it a sustainable competitive advantage. Within the scope of the study, it is aimed to determine the competitive strategies implemented by learning organizations located in technoparks in Ankara. 112 people working in technopolis enterprises participated in the research. It has been examined whether the employees' perceptions of the learning organization affect the practices of competitive strategies. According to the analysis results; It has been seen that the learning organization perception of the employees affects the cost leadership strategy implementations and differentiation strategy implementations.
