With the rapid development of technology recently, one of the new concepts that has been included in our lives is digital publishing. The diversification of digital content materials has enabled the content to be produced on different platforms and has enabled the creation of new communication environments. In today's world where digital literacy is gaining importance, this new communication environment, which is emerging as mobile broadcasting, provides users with opportunities such as high quality images, sounds, motion graphics, accessibility, interaction, as well as portability, accessibility, high resolution screens and computer features supported by telecommunication systems. Publications and contents prepared for mobile publishing are important in terms of providing. In this research, within the framework of the reflection of digital publishing on mobile devices, the innovations that come with digitalization in the publishing sector, the position and dimensions of publishing today and the interaction between mobile publishing are discussed. Digital publishing and mobile communication, where the changes in the broadcasting sector and publishing sector become visible in the most concrete way, are therefore at the main axis of the study.
