Cartoons, which are watched in preschool periods when children's personalities develop and their role and model taking skills are highly observed, cause an increase on the emotions such as violence and aggression in children. Instead of spending time with the family and their parents during the period when they need to take a role model, the children that are directed to watch cartoons are led to imitate the characters they watch. Recently the increasing number of cartoon channels and broadcasts have been affecting children a lot. The fact that children are affected by such cartoons reveals the need to minimize the attitudes and behaviors that children will be adversely affected by going through extensive controls in t. In order to draw attention to this problem, visual designs have been made using descriptive scanning method. The designs consist of five series billboard works. With these designs, it is aimed to inform parents about the dangers of cartoons by emphasizing that children are under the influence of cartoons.
