Throughout history, people have established an order according to living conditions and created living spaces in line with these conditions. These living spaces show us important clues from past to present. Perhaps the most guiding of these clues is frescoes. Because the stories that are wanted to be told along with the frescoes show almost all the characteristics of the periods. Since the existence of human has always been in an effort to express and express the way of painting is realized because there is no writing. Therefore, painting has been one of the best expression tools since the past. The expressions used in the scenes of the church frescoes in the Cappadocia Region are among the most important examples showing the expression power of the frescoes. The Cappadocia Region has the characteristic of being an area intertwined with the belief system in terms of its geographical location. Fresco has taken its place in contemporary art with its narrative process over time. The forms of expression in the process of modernization have manifested themselves in the way they deal with the issues differently. The fresco technique, which is also discussed by different disciplines, will be examined on ceramic surfaces with the narratives in the church scenes in the region.
