The summary of this study is to develop a current and operative scale which has the application features on specifying a class teachers' vocational inventiveness tendency. On the improving stage of the scale, After the amendments in line with experts' suggestions, the scale was implemented on 497 class teachers from Istanbul, Ankara, Antalya, Sanliurfa, Izmir, Erzurum and Trabzon. In this way a 5 point scale which consists of 52 clauses is developed. To specify the validity of the scale an exploratory factor analysis was made. The exploratory factor analysis results show that, the scale has three factors that explains the scales 40,011% 's total variance. Furthermore the scales reliability coefficient (Cronbach Alfa) is also estimated as 0,919.
