The goal of a university is to be a quality education institution with human resources and physical infrastructure. A new university has various responsibilities to fulfill in different areas in the direction of being one of institutions forming quality education structure. One of and the first one of these responsibilities is to gain a corporate identity. Two key elements of the corporate identity are emblem and logo. Along with the newly established universities, the increase in the number of universities requires to have an effective emblem and logo that will make a unique and easy association.Due to the functional structure of the universities, the visibility effectiveness of the emblem and logo is high in all the documents given to the students and in dialogs with almost all institutions in the country. The function expected from the emblem and logo gains importance when an organizational structure is in question. It is a necessity to create an effective corporate identity in accordance with its name and the characteristics for a new university. For this reason, the administrators involved in the establishment of the new university are responsible for ensuring that the emblem and logo are prepared in a professional manner.
