Individuals who have specific needs (like pregnants, hearing impaired, elders etc.) may give up decision of purchasing travel and holiday because of a certain number of deficiencies in product and/or service offered by enterprises operating in tourism industry. Travel and holiday are not only playing an important role in integration this great minority with other sectors of society but also constitutes an important opportunity for the travel industry. But the businesses in tourism industry should be able to provide products/services in accordance with this market, have the competitive advantage and be selected by doing the necessary investments. Therefore in this study, a tour program for disabled people in accessible tourism and the tour pricing model was presented for an X travel agency who wants to be specialize in the field.
